Sydney Horne is a dedicated student at the University of Georgia. She is the youngest child of Jon and Amanda Horne. Very little is known about her academics or personal life except that she is a huge McConkey fan and never fails to show her support for him through social media.

Who is Ladd McConkey?

Andrew Ladd McConkey, the American football wide receiver with the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League was born on November 11, 2001. McConkey, the middle child, was a Tennessee Volunteers supporter growing up. In high school, his brother Hinton McConkey played quarterback for the University of West Georgia in Division II, while his father Benji McConkey used to excel as a quarterback at Dalton High.

McConkey went to Chatsworth, Georgia’s North Murray High School and as a freshman, he managed to enter the varsity team. Playing quarterback, running back, defensive back, punter, and return specialist, McConkey demonstrated his widespread skill set while in school.

McConkey was a three-star recruit when he got admitted to the University of Georgia on February 2, 2020.McConkey was originally a member of Georgia’s scout team. During his redshirt freshman season, McConkey hauled in 28 receptions for 430 yards during his five touchdowns. He scored his first touchdown of the season against Vanderbilt. 

During the 65–7 triumph in the 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship Game, McConkey caught five passes for 88 yards and two scores. He declared after the game that he would play in Georgia again in 2023. But McConkey had injuries that caused him to miss a large portion of the next season.McConkey announced his candidature for the 2024 NFL draft on January 1, 2024.
